小尾寒羊精液冷冻温度曲线初步研究

摘要:
在超低温温度计的监控下,用氟板法进行了小尾寒羊冻精颗粒的制作,结果表明,小尾寒羊精液冷冻的关键因素是冷冻温度和降温速度,其冷冻温度曲线的始冻温度为-124~-108 ℃,热平衡温度和入氮温度为-133 ℃,熏蒸温度为-108~-133 ℃;其降温温区分别为滴冻时间45 s,熏蒸和热平衡共5 min,其中熏蒸时间256 s,热平衡时间44 s,从而构成了完整的小尾寒羊精液冷冻温度曲线。

Study on the temperature curve in semen freezing of the small-tail sheep

Abstract:
Using the superlow temperature thermometer,frozen semen pellets of the small-tail sheep were produced by F plate.The results showed that the technoligical key factor in the processing procedures of sheep semen freezing was the establishment of temperature curve consisted of the freezing temperature and the cooling rate.The initial freezing temperature was -124--108 ℃,and its required time was 45 s.The thermal blance temperature was -133 ℃,and its required time was 44 s.The temperature at immersing into liquid nitrogen was -133 ℃,and it almost required no time,the temperature in freezing above liquid nitrogen was -108--133 ℃,and its required time was 256 s.All these constituted the temperature curve in semen freezing of the small-tail sheep.
