| 以系统随机整群抽样法检测济宁青山羊血液酶和非酶蛋白质的33个基因座位。结果发现，济宁青山羊在Tf,ALP，PA-3，ES-D，PEP-B，LAP和Amy7个座位上表现多态性，分别受2，2，2，2，3，2，2个共显性等位基因控制，其余26个座位即Hb-α，HB-β，Alb,Hp,α2,Es,CP,PA-1,PA-2,6-PGD,PHI,MDH,Dia,ACP,To,LDH-A,LDH-B,CES-1,CES-2,AK,Cat,IDH,GoT,PGM,G-6-PD和Go-Ⅰ未检测出血液酶与非酶蛋白质座位有多型性。 |

| Abstract: |
| 33 gene loci involved blood enzyme and other protein variants of Jining blue goat were checked respectively by means of the stratified random cluster sampling.At the angle of population genetics,the gene distribution difference was analysed,which exsisted between 7 polymorphic gene loci,namely Tf,ALP,PA-3,Es-D，Pep-B，LAP，Amy and dominated by 2,2,2,2,3,2,2 codominace alleles respectively.The other 26 loci,namely Hb-α,HB-β,Alb,Hp,α2,Es,CP,PA-1,PA-2,6-PGD,PHI,MDH,Dia,ACP,To,LDH-A,LDH-B,CES-1,CES-2,AK,Cat,IDH,GoT,PGM,G-6-PD,Go-Ⅰ,were monomorphic. |
