| 指出了标准规定的螺栓联接扭紧力矩值不尽合理的问题,并从联合收割机上脱粒滚筒与纹杆间螺栓联接的受力分析和失效分析出发,提出了正确的设计计算方法。指出螺栓联接的扭紧力矩值不仅与螺栓的公称直径及性能等级有关,还与能否保证联接可靠工作有关。脱粒滚筒与纹杆间螺栓联接的扭紧力矩值应按保证工作时滚筒与纹杆间不发生滑移来确定。 |

| Abstract: |
| The value of standardized tightening torque is unreasonable.Based on the analysis of force and failure about the bolting in threshing cylinder and rasp bar in combine,a design calculation method is given in this paper.The value of tightening torque is relative not only to the nominal diameter and quality class of the bolt,but also to the security of the threaded fastener.It is pointed out the value of tightening torque should guarantee that there is no slippage between cylinder and rasp bar when they work. |
