Abstract: |
Crank and slipper mechanism is used as a separating mechanism of a used film collector.Its separating principle is analyzed,its mathematical model established and then the related parameters optimized by using a method of constraint coordinate transformation.According to its optimal results,crank and slipper mechanism is designed,and the experiment shows that the effect of separation is obvious and the separation efficiency reaches 98%. |
