| 研究了FCS,17β-E2,FSH, LH对山羊卵泡卵母细胞成熟的作用,及培养时间对卵母细胞核和细胞质成熟的影响。结果表明,添加体积分数为10%～15%的FCS,1～2mg·L-117β-E2,20～50mg·L-1LH和10mg·L-1FSH有利于提高卵母细胞核成熟,并放出第一极体。而成熟培养20, 24 h的卵母细胞成熟率显著高于培养16 h(P<0. 05),核成熟后培养3～4 h有利于卵母细胞质成熟,对其后的受精、卵裂及胚胎的进一步发育有重大影响。且TCM199+质量分数为10%～15%的FCS+ 1～2mg·L-117β-E2+10mg·L-1FSH+20～50mg·L-1LH是卵母细胞成熟的理想培养系统。 |

| The effects of FCS, culture time, 17β-estradial, FSH and LH on goat oocytes in vitro maturation were studied.The results suggested that an addition of 10%-15% FCS, 1-2mg·L-117β-E2, 20-50mg·L-1LH and 10mg·L-1FSH was effective to improve oocyte nuclearmaturation, and to extrude the first polarbody.The maturation rate of oocytes cultured for 20, 24 h was significantly higher than that of 16 h(P<0. 05).After nuclearmaturation, culture for 3-4 h was beneficial to oocyte cytoplasm
maturation, and had a significant effect on fertilization, cleavage and embryo development.An addition of 10% -15% FCS,10mg·L-1FSH 10-50mg·L-1LH and 1-2 mg·L-117β-E2in the TCM199 medium was an ideal culture system for goat oocyte in vitromaturation. |
