| 猪流行性腹泻(porcine epizootic diarrhea,PED)是由猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epizootic diarrhea vi? rus,PEDV)引起的一种导致猪严重腹泻和脱水的传染性疾病,对于0~7日龄仔猪的致死率高达100%,自该病流行以 来,给全球养猪行业造成了重大损失,因此防治PEDV已成为养猪业面临的的重大挑战之一。疫苗接种作为PED防控的核心策略,其研发与应用备受关注。目前,研究者已开发出多种疫苗策略,包括传统灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗及新型 的亚单位疫苗、核酸疫苗和载体疫苗等,这些疫苗在抗原设计、递送系统和免疫程序等方面各具特色,为PED防控提 供了多元化解决方案。然而,现有疫苗在诱导黏膜免疫、提供交叉保护以及应对病毒快速变异等方面仍存在明显不足。本综述系统梳理了PEDV的流行病学特征和分子生物学特性,重点分析了各类疫苗的研发进展、技术优势及局限性。通过比较不同疫苗策略的免疫效果和应用前景,深入探讨了PED疫苗研发面临的关键科学问题和技术瓶颈。同时,结合我国养猪业的实际需求,提出了未来PED疫苗研发的重点方向,以期为我国PEDV的综合防控提供理论依据和技术支撑。 |

| Porcine epizootic diarrhea(PED),caused by the porcine epizootic diarrhea virus(PEDV),is a contagious disease that leads to severe diarrhea and dehydration in pigs. The mortality rate for piglets aged 0?7 days can reach 100%,and since its emergence,it has caused significant losses to the global pig industry. As a major pig-producing country,China has also been affected by PED,making the prevention and control of PEDV one of the main challenges in the pig industry. Vaccination,as the core strategy for PED control,has received considerable attention in research and application. Currently,researchers have developed various vaccine strategies,including traditional inactivated vaccines,attenuated live vaccines,and novel subunit vaccines,nucleic acid vaccines,and vector vaccines. These vaccines exhibit distinct features in antigen design,delivery systems,and immunization schedules,providing diversified solutions for PED control. However,existing vaccines still exhibit obvious limitations in inducing mucosal immunity,providing cross-protection,and coping with rapid viral mutations. This review systematically summarizes the epidemiological characteristics and molecular biological properties of PEDV,and focuses on analyzing the research progress,technical advantages,and limitations of various vaccines. By comparing the immune effects and application prospects of different vaccine strategies,it deeply explores the key scientific issues and technical bottlenecks in PED vaccine research and development. Furthermore,considering the practical requirements of China′s pig industry,it proposes key directions for future PED vaccine research and development,with the aim of providing theoretical references and technical support for the comprehensive control of PED in China. |
