河西地区适宜种植水果萝卜品种的筛选

摘要:
【目的】在河西地区引进 8 种国内优质的水果萝卜,筛选适宜当地种植的水果萝卜品种,为新品种选育、种质资源创新和新品种推广提供理论依据。【方法】选取适宜鲜食的 8 种水果萝卜品种(七星、华懿水果萝卜、潍县萝卜、串心红、苹果脆、申萌脆梨、醉红和君川景福,依次编号为T1~T8)为试材,测定叶长、叶宽、最大展幅、地上部根长、根粗,气孔导度(Gs)、净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、叶绿素含量SPAD值、水分利用效率(WUE),以及可溶性固形物、维生素C、可溶性糖、粗纤维含量和产量等指标,结合感官评价法对水果萝卜品质进行综合评价。【结果】8种水果萝卜出苗率有差异,出苗最早的为T2;8种水果萝卜果实发育时间为40~48 d,生长势和整齐度表现良好;植株生长性状存在丰富的多样性,T7地上部根最长,T2根最粗,T7叶长和叶宽显著高于其余品种(T6、T8叶宽除外);T2叶片PnGsCiTr、SPAD表现最好;WUE呈先升后降的趋势(除T8外);不同品种风味品质的感官评价综合得分为15.50~22.31,T2最高;不同品种可溶性固形物含量为7.06~10.29 mg/g,维生素C含量为9.75~15.23 mg/hg,可溶性糖含量为4.83~9.16 mg/g,粗纤维含量为12.27%~18.87%;T2的单根质量、小区产量和单位面积产量最高,较T7分别显著增加73.00%,55.05%和54.21%。【结论】引种河西地区后,8种水果萝卜品种农艺性状和果实品质表现出丰富的多样性,其中T2的综合得分和产量最高,适宜作为河西地区水果萝卜种植及种质创新的材料。

Screening of suitable fruit radish varieties in Hexi area

Abstract:
【Objective】This study introduced eight high quality domestic fruit radish varieties and screened varieties suitable for Hexi area to provide basis for new variety breeding,germplasm resource innovation and new variety promotion.【Method】Eight varieties of fruit radish suitable for fresh eating (Qixing,Huayi fruit radish,Weixian radish,Chuanxinhong,Apple crisp,Shenmeng crisp pear,Zuihong and Junchuan jingfu,numbered T1-T8 in turn) were selected.Leaf length,leaf width,maximum width,root length and root thickness of the ground part were determined.Stomatal conductance (Gs),net photosynthetic rate (Pn),intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci),transpiration rate (Tr),chlorophyll SPAD value,water use efficiency (WUE),soluble solid,vitamin C,soluble sugar,crude fiber content,yield and other indexes were evaluated comprehensively by sensory evaluation method.【Result】The seedling emergence rate of radish was different among the eight varieties,with the earliest of T2.The fruit development time was 40-48 days,and the growth potential and uniformity of all varieties were good.There was abundant diversity in plant growth traits.T7 had the longest aboveground root,T2 had the largest root,and T7 had higher leaf length and width than other cultivars(except T6,T8 leaf width).Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr and SPAD,in T2 leaves were the best.WUE of all varieties except T8 increased first and then decreased with the progression of growth period.The comprehensive scores of sensory evaluation of flavor quality of different varieties were 15.50-22.31,and T2 was the highest.The contents of soluble solid,soluble sugar,vitamin C and crude fiber were 7.06-10.29 mg/g,4.83-9.16 mg/g,9.75-15.23 mg/hg and 12.27%-18.87%,respectively.T2 had the highest single root weight,plot yield and unit area yield,which were increased significantly by 73.00%,55.05% and 54.21% compared with T7.【Conclusion】After being introduced into Hexi area,the agronomic traits and fruit quality of the eight fruit radish varieties showed rich diversity.T2 had the highest comprehensive score and highest yield, and it was suitable for fruit radish planting and germplasm innovation in Hexi area.
