饮用微酸性电解水对肉鸡肠道微生物及免疫功能的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究饮用微酸性电解水对肉鸡肠道微生物、免疫器官指数及免疫细胞因子的影响,为微酸性电解水在肉鸡生产中的应用提供参考。【方法】选择体质量相近、健康状况良好的10日龄罗斯308肉鸡300只,随机分为对照组和A、B、C、D试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。对照组正常饮水,A、B、C、D组分别饮用余氯质量浓度为0.3,0.5,0.7和1.0 mg/L的微酸性电解水,试验期21 d,试验结束后测定肉鸡肠道pH、肠道微生物数量、免疫器官指数和免疫细胞因子。【结果】A组肉鸡肠道pH比对照组显著降低了9.84%(P<0.05),B、C和D组肠道pH比对照组亦有所降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。各试验组肠道微生物数量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。A组的法氏囊指数、脾脏指数、胸腺指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4质量浓度均高于对照组,仅A组与对照组间差异显著(P<0.05)。【结论】肉鸡饮用微酸性电解水可降低盲肠pH,减少肠道大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量,增加IL-2、IL-4及IFN-γ质量浓度,饮用余氯0.3 mg/L的微酸性电解水可提高肉鸡的法氏囊指数、脾脏指数和胸腺指数,提示肉鸡饮用微酸性电解水可改善肠道微环境,增强免疫功能。

Effects of drinking slightly acidic electrolyzed water on intestinal microbial and immune function of broilers

Abstract:
【Objective】The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of drinking slightly acidic electrolyzed water on intestinal microbes,immune organ index and immune cytokines of broilers,so as to provide reference for the application of slightly acidic electrolytic water in broiler production.【Method】A total of 300 Rose 308 broilers at the age of 10 days with similar body weight and health status were randomly divided into control group and experimental groups of A,B,C and D.There were 3 replicates in each group and 20 broilers in each replicate.The control group received normal drinking water,and the groups A,B,C,and D consumed slightly acidic electrolyzed water with residual chlorine concentrations of 0.3,0.5,0.7,and 1.0 mg/L,respectively.The test period was 21 days.At the end of test,intestinal pH,intestinal microbial count,immune organ index and immune cytokines of broilers were determined.【Result】The intestinal pH of group A broilers was significantly lower than that of the control group by 9.84% (P<0.05).The intestinal pH of group B,C and D was lower than that of the control group (P>0.05) as well without significant difference.The number of intestinal microbes in each experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The bursal index,spleen index and thymus index of group A were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The levels of IFN-γ,IL-2 and IL-4 in the experimental groups were higher than those in the control group,and only group A had significant difference compared to the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Drinking slightly acidic electrolyzed water can reduce pH of cecum,decrease number of E.coli and Salmonella in intestine,and increase levels of IL-2,IL-4 and IFN-γ.Drinking slightly acidic electrolyzed water with residual chlorine of 0.3 mg/L can increase bursal index,spleen index and thymus index,and improve IL-2,IL-4 and IFN-γ levels of broilers.Therefore,drinking slightly acidic electrolyzed water can improve intestinal microenvironment and enhance immune function of broilers.
