环境因子与基因型及其互作对甜高粱能源品质影响的综合评价

摘要:
【目的】探讨甜高粱不同基因型的环境适应性及对其能源品质的影响,为发展甜高粱生物能源产业提供参考依据。【方法】以8个不同品种的甜高粱为材料,在内蒙古巴彦淖尔市、山东滨州市和河北黄骅市分别进行田间试验,基于不同品种在不同地区的产量表现,采用方差分析、神经网络模型和主成分分析,研究了环境因子和基因型及其互作对甜高粱能源品质的影响。【结果】(1)供试的8个甜高粱品种在不同地区的产量指标存在差异,这种差异主要是基因型(G)、环境因子(E)及二者互作共同作用的结果,其中环境因子对甜高粱产量的影响最大。(2)土壤有机质对甜高粱茎秆产量、茎秆产糖量及综合产酒量较重要,土壤全盐含量与茎秆汁液糖锤度重要性比值最高,年降雨量为影响甜高粱籽粒产量的重要环境因子,茎秆出汁率主要受无霜期、土壤pH、有机质和碱解氮的影响。(3)品种823、Sart和M81-E在内蒙古巴彦淖尔市综合品质较好,醇甜2号、辽甜1号、能饲1号在山东滨州市综合品质较好,M81-E、能饲杂1、辽甜1号在河北黄骅市综合品质较好。【结论】甜高粱综合能源品质存在品种和地域差异性,发展甜高粱生物能源需因地制宜。

Comprehensive evaluation on effects of environmental factors,genotypes and their interactions on energy quality of sweet sorghum

Abstract:
【Objective】This study explored the environmental adaptability of different genotypes of sweet sorghum and its impact on energy quality to provide reference for development of sweet sorghum bio energy industry.【Method】Eight sweet sorghum varieties were selected for field trials in Bayannaoer,Inner Mongolia,Binzhou,Shandong and Huanghua,Hebei.Based on yield performance of different varieties in different regions,variance analysis,neural network model and principal component analysis were used to investigate the effects of environment factors,genotypes and their interactions on energy quality of sweet sorghum.【Result】(1) There were differences in yield indicators of the 8 varieties in different regions.The difference was mainly the result of combination of henotype (G),environmental factors (E) and their interactions.Among them,environmental factors had the greatest impact.(2) Soil organic matter was more important for sweet sorghum stem yield,stem sugar production and comprehensive wine production.The importance soil total salt and brix in stalk juice was the highest.Annual rainfall was an important environmental factor affecting grain yield.The juice yield was mainly affected by frost-free period,soil pH,organic matter and alkali nitrogen.(3) Varieties 823,Sart and M81-E had high comprehensive quality in Bayannaoer,Inner Mongolia,Chuntian No.2,Liaotian No.1 and Energy miscellaneous 1 had high comprehensive quality in Binzhou,Shandong,and M81-E,Nengsiza No.1 and Liaotian No.1 had high comprehensive quality in Huanghua,Hebei.【Conclusion】There are differences in the comprehensive quality of sweet sorghum among varieties and geographical regions.Thus,the development of sweet sorghum crops needs to be adapted to local conditions.
