生物杀菌剂对烟草镰刀菌根腐病的防治效果及农艺性状的影响

摘要:
【目的】筛选防治烟草镰刀菌根腐病的有效药剂,促进生物菌剂在烟草生产上应用。【方法】以109 cfu/g NJ13 WP(Bacillus methylotrophilus)、1010 cfu/g FG14 WP(B. amyloliquefaciens)、109 cfu/g NT35 WP(B. velezensis)和1010 cfu/g FS6 WP (B. amyloliquefaciens)4种生物杀菌剂为材料,采用生长速率法测定4种生物杀菌剂对烟草镰刀菌根腐病菌的室内毒力,采用灌根法进行病害的田间药效试验,并测定烟草的农艺性状。【结果】1010 cfu/g FG14和109 cfu/g NJ13 2种生物杀菌剂对烟草镰刀菌根腐病菌的EC50值分别为0.342和0.581 mg/L,109 cfu/g NT35和1010 cfu/g FS6 2种生物杀菌剂对烟草镰刀菌根腐病菌的毒力较强,其EC50值分别为2.655和8.189 mg/L。4种生物杀菌剂田间防效达42.97%~70.19%,其中109 cfu/g NT35 1 350~2 250 g/hm2处理防治效果较好,防效达63.60%~70.19%;防治效果超过50%的生物杀菌剂对烟草农艺性状产生了一定的影响,对烟草根、茎、叶生长均有不同程度的促进作用。【结论】109 cfu/g NT35 1 350~2 250 g/hm2、109 cfu/g NJ13 1 350~1 800 g/hm2、1010 cfu/g FG14 2 250 g/hm2和1010 cfu/g FS6 2 250 g/hm2处理对烟草镰刀菌根腐病的田间防治效果较好,防效在60%以上。

Control effect of biological fungicides on tobacco fusarium root rot and influence on agronomic traits of tobacco

Abstract:
【Objective】The aim of this study is to screen effective agents for controlling tobacco fusarium root rot and promote the application of biological control in tobacco production.【Method】The indoor toxicity of four biological fungicides including 109 cfu/g NJ13 WP(Bacillus methylotrophilus),1010 cfu/g FG14 WP(B.amyloliquefaciens),109 cfu/g NT35 WP(B.velezensis) and 1010 cfu/g FS6 WP (B.amyloliquefaciens) against Fusarium oxysporum was determined using the mycelial growth rate method.Field control trail was also conducted by the pouring inoculation method and the agronomic traits of tobacco were measured.【Result】 The EC50 values of 1010 cfu/g FG14 WP and 109 cfu/g NJ13 WP were 0.342 and 0.581 mg/L,respectively.The 109 cfu/g NT35 WP and 1010 cfu/g FS6 WP were also toxic with EC50 values of 2.655 and 8.189 mg/L,respectively.The control effect of the four biological fungicides was 42.97% to 70.19%,and 109 cfu/g NT35 1 350-2 250 g/hm2 was the best with the effect of 63.60% to 70.19%.The fungicides with control effect of >50% had influence on the agronomic traits of tobacco and promoted the growth of tobacco root,stem and leaf.【Conclusion】 The treatments of 109 cfu/g NT35 1 350-2 250 g/hm2,109 cfu/g NJ13 1 350-1 800 g/hm2,1010 cfu/g FG14 2 250 g/hm2 and 1010 cfu/g FS6 2 250 g/hm2 had control effect of over 60%.
