大针茅草产品对肉羊营养物质消化代谢的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究大针茅草产品对肉羊营养物质消化代谢的影响,为确定大针茅的最适饲喂形态提供科学依据。【方法】通过对比试验设计,将体质量相近、健康状况良好的12只8月龄乌珠穆沁公羊随机分为4组,各组试验羊分别饲喂大针茅干草、大针茅草颗粒、大针茅草块、大针茅草粉,为期17 d的饲养试验(其中预试期10 d)结束后,每组选择3只羊按照全收粪、尿法进行消化代谢试验,测定营养物质表观消化率和氮平衡的相应指标。【结果】大针茅草颗粒采食率和干物质(DM)表观消化率最高,与大针茅干草及大针茅草粉差异显著(P<0.05);大针茅草颗粒粗蛋白质(CP)表观消化率显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);大针茅草颗粒中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率最高,显著高于大针茅草粉(P<0.05)。大针茅草颗粒的氮吸收率和总氮利用率平均为(72.11±0.02)%和(51.79±0.04)%,均显著高于其他处理(P<0.05),大针茅草粉的氮吸收率和总氮利用率均最低,大针茅干草与大针茅草块之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。【结论】饲喂大针茅草颗粒处理的采食率、表观消化率、氮吸收率和总氮利用率均显著高于其他处理,是乌珠穆沁羊的最适饲喂形态。

Effects of Stipa grandis products on nutrient digestion and metabolism of meat sheep

Abstract:
【Objective】This research studied the effects of Stipa grandis products on nutrient digestion and metabolism of meat sheep to provide basis for determining the best dietary feeding morphology of Stipa grandis.【Method】A total of 12 healthy male Ujumqin sheep with similar weights at the age of 8 months were randomly divided into four groups feeding with Stipa grandis hay,particles,block and meal.After 17 days,the first 10 days of which were preparative feeding period,three sheep were selected from each group for a digestive metabolism test with feces and urine and nutrient apparent digestibility and nitrogen balance were also measured.【Result】The intake rate and apparent dry matter digestion rate of Stipa grandis particle group were the highest with significantly difference from hay and meal groups (P<0.05).The apparent crude protein digestion rate of Stipa grandis particle group was significantly greater than other treatments (P<0.05).The apparent neutral detergent fiber digestion rate and apparent acid detergent fiber digestion rate of Stipa grandis particle group were the highest,and significantly higher than the meal group (P<0.05).The nitrogen uptake rate and total nitrogen utilization rate of Stipa grandis particle group were significantly greater than other treatments (P<0.05),with average values of (72.11±0.02)% and (51.79±0.04)%,respectively.The nitrogen uptake rate and total nitrogen utilization rate of Stipa grandis meal group were the lowest and not significantly different from hay and block groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】The intake rate,apparent digestibility,nitrogen uptake rate and total nitrogen utilization rate of Stipa grandis particle group were significantly greater than other treatments.Thus,the best dietary feeding morphology of Stipa grandis is particle.
