盐碱土添加外源溶磷菌液对水稻渗透调节能力及光合指标的影响

摘要:
【目的】探讨添加外源溶磷菌液后不同程度盐碱土壤种稻的可行性,为盐碱地改良提供参考与借鉴。【方法】以长白9号水稻品种为试验材料,设置黑土、盐碱土(V(黑土)∶V(原状盐碱土)=3∶1)、盐碱土加菌、半改良盐碱土、半改良盐碱土加菌5个土壤处理,采用盆栽试验研究盐碱土和半改良盐碱土添加溶磷菌液对水稻整个生育期根茎叶渗透调节物质、叶片Δ1-吡咯啉-5-羧基合成酶(P5CS)、甜菜碱醛脱氢酶Ⅰ(BADHⅠ)、高钾离子通道(HKT)相关基因表达量、光合作用及产量的影响。【结果】盐碱土种植的长白9号根茎可溶性糖含量、根叶可溶性蛋白含量和叶片脯氨酸含量均低于黑土。除根中甜菜碱含量外,盐碱土加菌后水稻根、茎和叶中4种渗透调节物质在各时期均有所增加。盐碱土和半改良盐碱土接菌前后,叶中P5CSBADHⅠ基因表达变化规律一致,盐碱土加菌可提高基因表达量,半改良盐碱土加菌可降低基因表达量。HKT1;1和HKT1;3基因在盐碱土、半改良盐碱土及加菌各处理间表现出相同的变化规律,加菌处理均可降低其表达量。加菌土壤水稻植株的净光合速率高于相对应的未加菌土壤,叶片光合作用明显改善,水稻产量增加。【结论】溶磷菌液的添加对半改良盐碱土种植水稻的影响要弱于盐碱土壤,溶磷菌液配合黑土与原状盐碱土混合种稻是一条行之有效的改良盐碱土的方法。

Effects of adding exogenous phosphate dissolving bacteria on osmotic adjustment ability and photosynthetic indexes of rice

Abstract:
【Objective】This paper elucidated the feasibility of growing rice in different saline-alkali soils after adding exogenous phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) to provide reference for improvement of saline-alkali soils.【Method】Rice variety Changbai 9 was planted in 5 soil types including black soil,mixture of black soil and original saline-alkali with ratio of 3∶1,saline-alkali soil with addition of PSB,semi-modified saline-alkali soil,and semi-modified saline-alkali soil with addition of PSB.The changes in osmotic regulation substances in roots,stems and leaves during the whole growth stage,the expressions of P5CS,BADHⅠ and HKT,photosynthesis rate,and the yield were analyzed.【Result】The contents of soluble sugar in root and steam,contents of soluble protein in root and leaf,and content of proline in leaf of Changbai 9 planted saline-alkali soil were lower than that in black soil.Except the betaine content in roots,osmotic adjustment substances in root,stem and leaf were increased in the whole growth stage.The expressions of P5CS and BADHⅠ in leaf had similar changes before and after inoculation of saline-alkali soil and semi-modified saline-alkali soil.The expressions of HKT1;1 and HKT1;3 were increased in saline-alkali soil with exogenous PSB while they were reduced in semi-modified saline-alkali soil with bacteria.HKT1;1 and HKT1;3 showed the same variation pattern in saline-alkali soil,semi-modified saline-alkali soil and treatments with PSB,and their expression levels decreased after adding bacteria.Pn of rice in soils with PSB were higher than those without PSB.Photosynthesis and yield were significantly improved by adding exogenous PSB.【Conclusion】Addition of PSB had weaker effects on semi-modified saline-alkali soil than on saline-alkali soil.Mixing black soil and PSB is an effective method for improving saline-alkali soil.
