【目的】探究甘蓝型油菜化学诱导型雄性不育系(CIMS)和细胞质雄性不育系(CMS)光合特性的差异,为利用CIMS和CMS途径进行高光效育种提供理论依据。【方法】以甘蓝型油菜CIMS、同核异质油菜CMS及其同源正常油菜(CMS保持系)为材料,研究不同时期其光合特性的变化和差异。【结果】CIMS和同源正常油菜、同核异质CMS叶片叶绿素含量、光合群体物质净合成量和群体光合速率的变化规律相同;CIMS和同源正常油菜光合面积的变化表现为“2峰曲线”,而CMS则为“3峰曲线”。CIMS与CMS短柄叶叶片叶绿素含量、绿叶面积的差别变化基本表现为“降低-接近 降低 接近”趋势;在整个叶片生育期内,CIMS叶片叶绿素含量和绿叶面积分别较CMS低18.46%,12.76%,二者的绿色角果皮表面积差均呈现“前高后低”趋势,在04-17-05-17 CIMS较CMS高247.83%,而在05-22-05-26 CIMS较CMS低36.92%。从04-08开始,CIMS的光合群体物质净合成量高于CMS,表现为“2峰曲线”,在整个生育期内CIMS较CMS高6.57%;二者群体光合速率的差异表现为“3峰3谷曲线”,在整个生育期内,CIMS平均较CMS低12.25%。【结论】油菜CIMS和CMS之间的光合特性存在差异,综合二者的优势培育“CIMS+CMS”复合型授粉控制系统进行高光效育种具有可行性。 |

【Objective】The differences in photosynthetic characteristics of chemical induced male sterility lines (CIMS) were studied to provide theoretical foundation for high photosynthetic efficient breeding using CIMS and CMS.【Method】CIMS,the homonuclear CMS and their same origin normal lines (SONL) of Brassica napus L were used to compare their photosynthetic characteristics at different stages.【Result】CIMS,CMS and SONL lines had same variations in chlorophyll content,dry biomass of total plant and population photosynthetic rate.The photosynthetic areas of CIMS and SONL lines were in bimodal curve while that of CMS lines showed trimodal curve.The differences in chlorophyll content and green leave area of short petiole leaves were in a trend of higher-lower-higher-lower,and the chlorophyll content and green leave area of CIMS lines were 18.46% and 12.76% lower than those of CMS lines in the whole growth period.The difference in green pod area was higher at early stages and lower at later stages,but that of CIMS lines was 247.83% higher than that of CMS lines from April 17th to May 17th,while it was 36.92% lower from May 22th to May 26th.The dry biomass of total plant of CIMS lines was higher than that of CMS lines and showed bimodal curve since April 8th,and 6.57% higher in the whole growth period.The difference in population photosynthetic rates between CMS and CIMS was in a trimodal and trivalley curve and that of CIMS was 12.25% lower than that of CMS.【Conclusion】There were differences in photosynthetic characteristics of CIMS and CMS,and it was feasible to breed rapeseed with high photosynthetic efficiency by integrating the advantages of both CMS and CIMS. |
