K4菌剂对马铃薯晚疫病菌的抑制作用及防病促生效果

摘要:
【目的】明确K4菌剂对马铃薯晚疫病菌的抑制作用和增产机制,为该菌剂的应用提供科学依据。【方法】制备K4菌液、无菌滤液,应用四线法、抑制率测定法和盆栽试验,研究K4菌株发酵液的产酸过程,以及K4菌液和无菌滤液对马铃薯晚疫病菌菌丝生长、游动孢子释放、孢子囊萌发产生芽管的抑制作用及在马铃薯上的防病促生效果。【结果】K4菌株在发酵过程中产生酸性物质使发酵液的pH不断降低,到达生长稳定期时发酵液的pH在5.45~5.49。K4菌液对马铃薯晚疫病菌的菌丝生长、游动孢子释放和孢子囊萌发产生芽管有明显的抑制作用,抑制率分别为71.17%,93.01%,71.28%,而K4无菌滤液对马铃薯晚疫病菌的游动孢子释放和孢子囊萌发的抑制率分别为65.48%,49.42%。在离体叶片上,K4菌液和无菌滤液对马铃薯晚疫病的防效相当,在45.37%~45.87%。在盆栽试验中,接病前喷施K4菌液及无菌滤液对马铃薯晚疫病的防效达到了38.50%和20.66%,使马铃薯茎叶干质量较对照分别增加6.98%和2.77%,块茎干质量较对照分别增加126.42%和67.64%。【结论】K4菌液对马铃薯晚疫病菌的抑制效果好于K4无菌滤液,表明K4菌液对马铃薯晚疫病的抑制机理为竞争抑制和菌体代谢产物抑制双重抑制作用。

Effects of K4 microbial inoculum on control of potato late blight and promotion of growth

Abstract:
【Objective】Yield increase effects and inhibitory effects of K4 microbial inoculum against potato late blight were tested at different stages to provide scientific basis for application of K4 microbial inoculum.【Method】The bacteria liquid and the aseptic filtrate of K4 were prepared.The four-wire method,inhibition rate determination method,and pot experiment were used to study the acidic material production process of K4 strains and the effects on mycelia growth,release of zoospores from sporangia and germination of sporangia and control efficacy.【Result】During the fermentation process,acidic materials were formed and continuously decreased pH of the fermented liquid to a stable level of 5.45-5.49.The bacteria liquid of K4 strongly inhibited the mycelia growth,release of zoospores from sporangia and germination of sporangia with inhibition ratios of 71.17%,93.01% and 71.28%,respectively.The aseptic filtrate of K4 inhibited release of zoospores from sporangia and germination of sporangia with inhibition ratios of 65.48% and 49.42%,respectively.On detached-leaf trials,the bacteria liquid and the aseptic filtrate of K4 had similar control effect with the inhibited ratio of 45.37%-45.87%.The control efficacy of the bacteria liquid and the aseptic filtrate of K4 in pot experiment reached 38.50% and 20.66%,respectively.They increased the mass of potato stem leaf by 6.98% and 2.77% and increased the mass of potato tuber by 126.42% and 67.64%.【Conclusion】The bacteria liquid of K4 had better control effects on the potato late blight than the aseptic filtrate of K4,indicating that the inhibition of K4 bacteria liquid included competitive inhibition and inhibition of bacteria metabolites.
