西藏林芝地区趋光性昆虫群落组成及发生时间动态

摘要:
【目的】调查西藏林芝地区农田环境中趋光性昆虫群落组成及其发生时间动态变化规律,为认识和了解该地区各种生境下趋光性昆虫的组成、分布及动态变化提供基础资料。【方法】于2011 04-10,采用黑光灯诱捕法对西藏林芝地区农田昆虫群落组成以及种群动态进行调查,并根据调查得到的昆虫数量计算相对多度和物种丰富度、多样性指数和均匀度指数,考察昆虫个体数量、物种数量和多样性指标的发生时间动态。【结果】在西藏林芝地区共收集到昆虫15 637头,隶属5目13科84种。双翅目和鳞翅目的相对多度较高,分别为57.82%和32.12%。大蚊科(Tipulidae)、夜蛾科(Noctuidae)和灯蛾科(Arctiidae)昆虫个体数量较多,其相对多度分别为57.82%,13.58%和6.31%。个体数最多的昆虫种类为西藏短柄大蚊(Nephrotoma xizanggensis Yang)和双突短柄大蚊(N.didyma Yang),相对多度分别为32.14%和25.68%。从时间动态来看,个体数量最多的时间出现在6月和7月,分别占总个体数的19.05%和25.89%。在调查期间双翅目昆虫个体数量最高,鳞翅目次之。不同昆虫类群物种数随时间动态也有较大差异,5月鳞翅目物种数最高,10月份最低;鞘翅目和毛翅目最大种数分别出现在6和7月。昆虫群落物种丰富度、多样性指数和均匀度指数动态变化明显。6月份物种丰富度和多样性指数均最高,而7月份均匀度指数最小。【结论】西藏林芝地区农田环境中昆虫群落数量及发生时间动态是对其所处环境条件适应的结果。

Community composition and temporal dynamics in occurrence of phototaxis insects in Linzhi,Tibet

Abstract:
【Objective】This study focused on the community composition and temporal dynamics in occurrence of phototaxis insects in Linzhi,Tibet to provide basic data for future investigation.【Method】From April to October 2011,the black light trapping method was used to investigate the community composition and population dynamics of insects in farmland of Linzhi,Tibet.According to the collected insects,relative abundance,species richness,diversity index and evenness index were calculated to understand the temporal dynamics in total number of insects,number of species and diversity index.【Result】A total of 15 637 insects were collected,representing 5 orders,13 families and 84 species.Diptera and Lepidoptera accounted for 57.82% and 32.12%,respectively.Tipulidae were dominant,followed by Noctuidae and Arctiidae,with relative abundances of 57.82%,13.58% and 6.31%,respectively.The species with the largest number were Nephrotoma xizanggensis Yang and N.didyma Yang,with relative abundances of 32.14% and 25.68%,respectively.June and July had the largest numbers of individuals,accounting for 19.05% and 25.89%,respectively.Differences in number of species at different months were significant.The highest and lowest species numbers of Lepidoptera appeared in May and October,respectively.Maximum species numbers of Trichoptera and Coleoptera appeared in June and July,respectively.Richness,diversity and evenness showed obvious differences at different periods,with the richness and diversity indexes in June,and the lowest evenness index in July.【Conclusion】The numbers of insect communities and dynamic variations were the results of the adaption to the environment in the farmland of Linzhi,Tibet.
