| 【目的】探讨营养水平对胃肠道Ghrelin表达的影响。【方法】 运用免疫组织化学SP法，在高、低和标准3个不同营养条件下，对健康成年雄性SD大鼠胃肠道内Ghrelin阳性细胞的分布和数量变化进行研究。【结果】 Ghrelin阳性细胞在大鼠胃及小肠内均有表达，各营养组胃中Ghrelin阳性细胞数量均明显多于十二指肠、空肠和回肠，且主要分布于胃底腺的体部和底部；低营养条件下，Ghrelin阳性细胞表达量较标准营养条件下多（P＜0.05），恢复到标准状态下后其表达量减少（P＜0.01）；高营养条件下，Ghrelin阳性细胞数量与标准组无明显差异,当其恢复到标准营养条件下时，Ghrelin阳性细胞表达量减少，但单细胞着色面积增大，颜色加深。【结论】 营养条件可影响胃肠道内Ghrelin的分泌，并可能通过胃肠道内Ghrelin的分泌间接调节胃肠功能。 |

| Effects of nutritional conditions Ghrelin immunopositive cells’ expression in the gastrointestinal tract of rats |

| 【Objective】 The study was to investigate the effects of nutritional conditions on the expression of Ghrelin immunopositive (Ghrelin ip) cells in the gastrointestinal tract of rats.【Method】 Immunochemistry SP method was used to stain rats gastrointestinal tissue under different nutritional conditions.【Result】 Ghrelin ip cells were found to be located in the stomach,duodenum,jejunum and ileum.Ghrelin ip cells density decreased from stomach to intestine.The dentist Ghrelin ip cells were found in the rats’ stomachs under low nutrition;however,the Ghrelin ip cells were reduced when nutritional condition changed to normal level.In contrast,Ghrelin ip cells grew with the time in the control group.【Conclusion】 Nutrients can determine the number of Ghrelin ip cells to adjust the secretion of Ghrelin. |
