镧对嫁接西瓜叶片生理指标及产量和品质的影响

摘要:
[目的]为稀土元素La在嫁接西瓜生产上的应用提供理论依据.[方法]采用5个质量浓度的La(NO3)3溶液(0,60,120,180,240 mg/L),于伸蔓期、始花期、膨瓜期各喷施嫁接西瓜叶面1次.测定3个生长时期嫁接西瓜叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性,以及Chl、Car和MDA含量,统计各处理的单株坐瓜数、单瓜重、产量和果实可溶性固形物含量,研究La3+对嫁接西瓜的光合色素、抗氧化系统以及产量和品质的影响.[结果]适宜质量浓度的La3+有利于嫁接西瓜生长.与对照相比,喷施120 mg/L La(NO3)3溶液的嫁接西瓜,膨瓜期叶片中SOD、CAT和APX活性以及Chl和类胡萝卜索含量分别提高了104.83%,14.28%,22.29%,29.93%和34.29%;POD活性和MDA含量分别降低了32.26%和19.34%;产量提高了10.43%.[结论]120 mg/L La(NO3)3为喷施嫁接西瓜的最适质量浓度.

Effects of La on the yield,quality and physiological indicators of grafted watermelon leaves
Abstract:
【Objective】 The paper studied the application of rare earth element La in grafted watermelon production.【Method】 Grafted watermelon on the foliage at straw period,incipient blooming period and fruit expansion period were sprayed with 0,60,120,180 and 240 mg/L of La(NO3)3 solution,the activities of SOD,POD,CAT,APX and the contents of chlorophyll,carotenoids,MDA in grafted watermelon leaf at three growing periods were tested.Per plant fruit setting number,single fruit weight,yield and total soluble solids of each treatment were measured and studied.【Result】 The optimum concentration of La3+ could promote the growth of grafted watermelon.Compared to the control,the activities of SOD,CAT,APX and the contents of chlorophyll,carotenoids in grafted watermelon leaf at fruit expansion period were increased by 104.83%,14.28%,22.29%,29.93% and 34.29%;POD activity and MDA content decreased by 32.26% and 19.34%;the yield of grafted watermelon increased by 10.43%.【Conclusion】 The above analysis shows that the most suitable concentration of La(NO3)3 is 120 mg/L.
