GA3对冷藏枇杷果实木质化的影响

摘要:
[目的]探讨外源赤霉素(GA3)对减缓冷藏枇杷果实木质化的作用机理.[方法]以清水为对照(CK),采用不同质量浓度(25,50,100 mg/L)外源GA3处理"解放钟"枇杷(Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.cv.Jiefangzhong)果实,于6 ℃下冷藏.研究GA3对采后枇杷果实木质化及相关酶活性的影响.[结果]随贮藏时间的延长,枇杷果实木质素含量呈增加趋势,贮藏7~35 d时,GA3处理枇杷果实中木质素含量均显著低于CK;GA3处理枇杷果实可溶性糖含量高于CK,但差异不显著.GA3处理后,枇杷果实苯丙氨酸解氨酶(phenylalanine amnmnia lyase,PAL)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、肉桂醇脱氢酶(cinnamyl alcohol dehyd rogenase,CAD)和4-香豆酸辅酶A连接酶(4-coumarate coenzyme A ligase,4-CL)活性均受到不同程度抑制.[结论]GA3减缓冷藏枇杷果实木质化的作用机理与GA3对枇杷果实PAL、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、CAD、4-CL和POD活性的抑制作用有关,其中PAL和POD起主要的调节作用,由此抑制枇杷果实木质素生成,从而减轻了冷藏枇杷果实的木质化程度,以50和100 mg/L GA3处理对枇杷果实木质化程度的抑制效果较好.

Effect of gibberellic acid on lignification of loquat fruits during cold storage
Abstract:
【Objective】 The study was to explore the mechanism of Gibberellic acid (GA3) on retardation of lignification of loquat (Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.cv.Jiefangzhong) fruits during cold storage.【Method】 Pure water was used as control.The concentration (25,50,100 mg/L) effects of GA3 on lignification of loquat fruits,stored at 6 ℃,were studied.【Result】 The content of lignin increased during storage.The content of soluble sugar of loquat fruits treated by GA3 was higher than that of the control.However,the difference between GA3 treated and the control is not very significant (P>0.05).The activities of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL,EC 4.1.3.5.),peroxidase (POD,EC 1.11.1.7.),cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase (CAD,EC 1.1.1.195.) and 4-coumarate acid coenzyme A ligase (4-CL,EC 6.2.1.12.) were inhibited after GA3 treatments.【Conclusion】 The results suggest that the retardation of the lignification of loquat fruits during cold storage is related to inhibition of PAL,PPO,CAD,4-CL and POD.In particular,PAL and POD play a key role in the retardation of the lignification of loquat fruits during cold storage, which results in reduction of the formation of lignin of loquat fruits during cold storage.The results indicate that the treatment with GA3 at 50 and 100 mg/L are beneficial.
