| 为了给金银花(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)栽培管理提供科学依据,试验分别研究了质量浓度为0(对照),100,300,500和1 000 mg/kg赤霉素对金银花花期、单株产量及品质的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,在金银花叶片完全展开且花芽分化前喷施100～1 000 mg/kg赤霉素,可以使金银花的始花期提前4～6 d,盛花期提前8～10 d,从而使金银花的采收期提前;喷施不同质量浓度的赤霉素使金银花单株产量提高了3.6～9.0 g,千蕾重提高1.73～5.45 g,花蕾长度增加0.49～1.39 cm,金银花中绿原酸含量提高6.4～13.0 g/kg。其中300～1 000 mg/kg赤霉素处理明显提高了金银花的品质和产量。故在金银花成花调控过程中,赤霉素的最佳质量浓度为300～1 000 mg/kg。 |

| Study on the flowered process of the honeysuckle regulated by the gibberellin |

| Abstract: |
| In order to provide scientific basis for cultivating administration of the honeysuckle,we studied the effect of gibberellin on flowering season,average output of single strain and quality regulation of honeysuckle by using 0(CK),100,300,500 and 1 000 mg/kg concentration gibberellin,respectively.The result indicated that spraying the gibberellin in the period of leaf unfolding might cause the starting flower season of honeysuckle 4-6 days ahead of time,and abundant flowering season 8-10 days ahead of time,thus moved honeysuckle's recovery time ahead of the control experiments.The output of the single strain enhanced 3.6-9.0 g,thousand flower buds enhanced 1.73-5.45 g,the flower bud length again increased 0.49-1.39 cm,and the chlorogenic acid content also enhanced 6.4-13.0 g/kg when sprayed the gibberellin with different concentration.Therefore 300-1 000 mg/kg of gibberellin concentration are proved the most remarkable for flower process control of honeysuckle. |
