不同发育期大鼠乳腺组织中雌激素受体α的表达

摘要:
为了探讨不同发育时期大鼠乳腺中雌激素受体α(Estrogen receptor,ERα)的表达情况,采用RT-PCR方法对不同发育时期大鼠乳腺组织中的ERα进行了半定量研究。结果表明,妊娠和泌乳期大鼠乳腺组织中的ERα表达水平均低于处女期,且差异显著(P<0.05);整个妊娠过程中,以妊娠12 d最高;随着泌乳期的进行,ERα的表达水平增高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明ERα可能参与了乳腺细胞的发育和凋亡。

Expression of estrogen receptor α mRNA in rat mammary gland
Abstract:
To study the expression of estrogen receptor α mRNA in rat mammary gland,this article studied the expression of estrogen receptor α mRNA in virgin,pregnancy and lactation rat mammary gland.Forty two Sprague Dawley female rats were used,virgin,6,12,18 days of pregnancy,6,12,18 days of lactation seperately.In each stage,the number is six.We studied the expression of estrogen receptor α mRNA in mammary gland with half quantity RT-PCR.The results showed that the mRNA levels of estrogen receptor α in mammary gland during pregnancy and lactation period were lower than those during the virgin period and showed significant difference (P<0.05).During the whole pregnancy period,the mRNA level of estrogen receptor α at pregnancy of 12 days is highest.With lactaction processed,the mRNA levels of estrogen receptor α increased,but there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Our results sugggested that estrogen receptor α was involved in mammary development and involution.
