以唇萼薄荷(M.pulegium)的叶片、顶芽、茎段作为外植体进行离体培养,结果表明,顶芽为最适的外植体,最利于不定芽分化的培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,丛芽增值的最佳培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA,最优的生根培养基为1/2 MS+0.05 mg/L NAA,生根率达100%。 |

Abstract: |
The leaves,tip buds and stem segments of M.pulegium as explants were cultured in vitro,The results showed that tip buds were the best explants,MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA was the most appropriate media for differentiation of adventitious shoots.MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA was the most appropriate media for differentiation and multiplication of adventitious shoots.1/2 MS+0.05 mg/L NAA was the most appropriate media for rootage,and its efficiency was 100%. |
