航天诱变凤仙花SP2代叶片形状变异分析

摘要:
对航天诱变风仙花SP2代若干单株的叶片长度和宽度进行了统计分析,对试验数据进行了柯尔莫哥罗夫-斯米尔诺夫检验,计算了样本的列文统计量,并采用Spss11.5统计分析软件检验了毖本假设的满足条件,进行了独立样本t检验。结果表明,航天诱变风仙花SP2代植株的叶片存在变异;试验组SP2代植株的叶片长度与对照组相比差异屉著,叶片宽度差异不显著。

Analysis of blades in the SP2 mutant plants
Abstract:
Several SP2 mutant plants were obtained from induced Impatiens balsamina L.seeds by space flight,and their blades were investigated in this paper.The writer calculated the K-S statistics and the levene statistics,also made use of SPSS 11.5 to have the independent-samples t test and the univariate in the prerequisite of some fundamental presumptions.From the above analysis,some conclusions were drawn:firstly,there existed variation among the blades of SP2 plants;secondly,in contrast with the cotrol group,there existed significant variation in the length of the blades of SP2 plants,however,significant variation in the width of the blades didn't exist.
