| 将300只1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分为5组。每组6个重复，每重复10只鸡。公母各半，分别饲喂基础日粮＋5 mg/kg阿维拉霉素及基础日粮＋0.5，2.0，3.5或5.0 g/kg三颗针提取物。饲养试验进行7周后屠宰，研究日粮中添加不同剂量三颗针提取物对肉仔鸡生长、脂类代跗和抗氧化水平的影响。结果表明，与日粮中添加阿维拉霉素相比，添加不同量三颗针提取物的肉仔鸡7周平均死淘率、7周末体重、日增重、料重比均无显著差异（P>0.05），添加三颗针提取物3.5和5.0 g/kg试验组显著降低了肉仔鸡的采食繁（P<0．05）；添加三颗针提取物的各组肉仔鸡肝脏和胸肌、腿肌中SOD活性极显著提高（P<0.01）。肝脏中GSH-PX活性显著（P<0.05）或极显著提高（P<0.01），添加三棵针提取物2.0，3.5和5.0 g/kg组肝脏中MDA含量极显著降低（P<0.01）；添加三棵针提取物的各组血清TC含量极显著降低（P<0.01）。添加鞋为3.5和5.0 g/kg组的血清HDL-C含量极显著提高（P<0.01），添加量为3.5和5.0 g/kg（P<0.01）、0.5和2.0 g/kg（P<0.05）血清TG含量极显著或显著降低。综上所述，肉仔鸡日粮中添加三颗针提取物可以达到添加阿维拉霉素的促生长效果；三颗针提取物可以显著增强肉仔鸡机体的抗氧化水平，降低血液甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量，促进机体的脂类代谢。 |

| Effects of radix berberidis abstract on antioxidant leveland lipid metabolism of broilers |

| Three hundred one-day-old Avian broilers were used and divided into five groups.Each group had six repeats of ten birds(five males and five females).Group 1 was fed a basal diet supplemented with 5 mg/kg avilamycin.Group 2,3,4,5 were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.5,2.0,3.5,5.0 g/kg radix berberidis abstract respectively.The effects on anti-oxidation level and lipid metabolism of radix berberidis abstract were studied.The results indicated that there were no differences for mortality and culling rate of 7 weeks and weight,average daily gain,feed/gain ratio between adding radix berberidis abstract and avilamycin(P>0.05) at the end of the 7th week.Adding 3.5 and 5.0 g/kg radix berberidis abstract decreased the feed intake of broilers(P<0.05).The adding of radix berberidis abstract could increase the levels of SOD in liver,breast and thigh muscles(P<0.01).The activities of GSH-PX in liver increased by adding 0.5,2.0,5.0(P<0.01) and 3.5 g/kg(P<0.05) of radix berberidis abstract comparing with adding avilamycin.The contents of MDA in liver decreased by adding 2.0,3.5,5.0 g/kg of radix berberidis abstract(P<0.01).The content of TG decreased by adding 3.5,5.0 g/kg(P<0.01) and 0.5,2.0 g/kg(P<0.05) of radix berberidis abstract.The content of HDL-C increased by adding 3.5,5.0 g/kg(P<0.01).It was concluded that radix berberidis abstract could promote the effects of avilamycin on the performance of broilers.The radix berberidis abstract could increase the anti-oxidant level,decrease the content of TC and TG in body and improve the lipid metabolism of broilers. |
