| At present,progress has been made in the studies on estrogen receptors' structures and functions.People pay close attention to the relation between tumor's occurrence mechanism and ER,as well as ER's expression regulation and specific molecular mechanism.This paper elaborates the progress of studies on ER's structures and functions,distribution in body,molecular mechanism and applications. |
