| The mammary gland bioreactor is an efficient and novel technique to produce functional proteins,which has great commercial value.The article reviews the current status of construction of expression vector and ways of gene transfer,the two key procedures in mammary gland bioreactor.Moreover,the article discusses the prospect of mammary gland bioreactor based on the conjunction of gene targeting and somatic cloning. |
