葡萄酒微氧熟化装置及扩散器参数的研究

摘要:
介绍了葡萄酒微氧熟化装置的结构、工作原理,在对系统压力分析研究的基础上,确定了氧气输送系统最小压力应高于液体静压力、贮罐内上方充入惰性气体的压力、管道及管件等各种阻力产生的压力损失以及由气体扩散器产生的阻力之和;从动力学、运动学、传质学方面分析了气泡的受力、运动及扩散,确定了气泡直径变化范围小于1.4 mm,得出了气泡直径与扩散器出流小孔直径的理论关系。

Micro-oxygen device and its diffuser of wine aging
Abstract:
The paper has introduced the structure and working principle of micro-oxygen device,and the pressure of oxygen conveying system.It also discussed the structure and material of the oxygen diffuser,which is the key part of the micro-oxygen device.Based on kinematics,dynamics and mass transfering,the force given to bubbles,bubbles' movement and disperse were analyzed and the range of bubbles' diameter was defined.This article also discussed the relationship between bubbles' diameter and the hole's diameter of diffuser.
