两种微生物培养液对五种作物幼苗生长的影响

摘要:
用两种微生物培养液(瑞拉菌素和吡弗咯菌素)的不同浓度稀释液对高粱、小麦、辣椒、番茄、黄瓜5种不同作物进行皿内沙培试验,测定供试作物的出苗率、根长、苗高、鲜重4项指标。结果表明,2种菌素的高浓度稀释液(稀释200倍)均对供试作物幼苗的生长有抑制作用;稀释400倍时,瑞拉菌素药样对小麦安全,吡弗咯菌素对番茄和辣椒安全,对其他供试作物有抑制生长的作用;2种菌素的低浓度(稀释600倍)稀释液则对所有供试作物均安全。

Effect of tow kinds of microbial cultivation fluids on five different crops
Abstract:
Using different densities of medicaments of Polanticin and Zuelaemycin to treat five different kinds of crops (Cernuunn,Aestivum,Annuum,Esculentum and Sative) by culture dishes.Physiological indices include the rate of sprout,length of root,height of seedlings and fresh weight.The result showed that both two kinds' high densities of medicaments (Dilute 200 times) could restrain the growth of five kinds of crops.Polanticin diluting 400 times is safe for Aestiyum,and the same density of Zuelaemycin is safe for Annuum and Esculentum.Beside that,the same density of two medicaments are both restrictive to other kinds of crops.On the opposite,the low densities of two kinds' medicaments (Dilute 600 times) are safe to all kinds of crops.
