蔬菜中有机磷农药残留分析研究

摘要:
探讨了一种测定蔬菜中多种残留有机磷农药的方法,即将蔬菜粉碎后加提取剂、脱水剂和脱色剂,充分振荡后,将残渣和提取液全部抽气过滤,浓缩至一定体积,用气相色谱仪测定其中甲胺磷、敌敌畏、乙酰甲胺磷、氧化乐果、甲拌磷、乐果、马拉硫磷和对硫磷等8种有机磷农药残留量。结果表明,使用该方法进行测定时,各农药组分保留时间较短,分离效果良好,具有较高的回收率、精密度及抗干扰性能。回收试验结果表明,8种农药的平均回收率分别为99.0%,96.0%,103.4%,101.3%,95.9%,99.4%,92.4%和91.0%,仪器反应信号变异系数分别为6.9%,6.1%,9.2%,9.6%,9.2%,7.0%,6.8%和7.5%。

Determination and study of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables
Abstract:
A method of determining organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables was studied.The pesticides were extracted by the solvent from the vegetables.The solution and remnants were washed and filtered under low pressure.The pesticides of methamidophos,dichlorvos,acephate,omethoate,phorate,dimethoate,alathion,parathion in the filtered solution were tested by GC after being concentrated to a certain volume.The testing results indicated that the pesticides were separated effectively,the recovery and accuracy of the method were good and there were no strong interference factors.The recoveries of methamidophos,dichlorvos,acephate,omethoate,phorate,dimethoate,alathion,parathion was 99.0%,96.0%,103.4%,101.3%,95.9%,99.4%,92.4%,91.0% respectively.The coefficients of variation of integral areas was 6.91%,6.09%,9.23%,9.63%,9.18%,7.01%,6.82%,7.50% respectively.It was a quick and efficient method to determining organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.
