0.2%苦皮藤素乳油对非靶标生物的影响

摘要:
测定了0.2%苦皮藤素乳油对各类非靶标生物的毒性。结果表明,这种新型植物性杀虫剂对雌雄鹌鹑72 h的LD50分别为2 885.64和2 880.79 mg/kg,对鱼类和蝌蚪96 h的LC50分别为171.13和68.10 mg/L,对家蚕24 h的触杀LC50为3 277.33 mg/L,对蜜蜂24 h的触杀和胃毒LC50分别为9 213.06和1 659.96 mg/L,对瓢虫24 h的触杀和胃毒LC50分别为1 948.65和1 893.24 mg/L,对蚯蚓3 d时的LC50为1 680.55 mg/kg土,对麦田和稻田土壤微生物15 d内的呼吸抑制率分别为7.99%和-3.21%。表明这种新型植物杀虫剂对供试非靶标生物均表现低毒,属环境友好农药。

Effects of 0.2% celangulins EC on non-target organisms in environment
Abstract:
The toxicities of the novel botanical insecticide,0.2% Celangulins EC,to non-target organisms were tested.The results showed that the LD50s to female and male quails were 2 885.65 and 2 880.79 mg/kg,the LC50s of 96 h to fish and tadpole were 171.13 and 68.10 mg/L,the LC50 to silkworm was 3 277.33 mg/L,the contact and in-take LC50s to bee were 9 213.06 and 1 659.96 mg/L,the contact and in-take LC50s to ladybug were 1 948.65 and 1 893.24 mg/L,the LC50 of 3 d to earthworm was 1 680.55 mg/kg soil,the inhabiting ratios to repiration to microorganisms in wheat and paddy soils in 15 d were 7.99% and -3.21%.The results showed that the botanical insecticide had low toxicities to the non-target organisms.0.2% Celangulins EC belongs to environmental friendly pestcide.
