小麦种质材料对麦红吸浆虫的抗性鉴定与分析

摘要:
在人工虫圃中鉴定了小麦种质材料对麦红吸浆虫的抗虫性,并对各种类型的材料进行了分析。结果表明,不同小麦种质材料对麦红吸浆虫具有明显的抗虫性差异。高抗、中抗、低抗和感虫类型的种质材料分别占参试种质材料的11.54%,23.08%,19.23%和46.15%。不同的种质材料具有不同的抗虫性,其单穗虫数、穗被害率、粒被害率、损失率和抗性指数有很大差异。建立了判别分析模型和回归模型,判对率可达95.45%以上。选出了9份高抗类型的种质材料可供生产和育种上应用。

Analysis and evaluation of resistance in wheat idioplasm to wheat blossom midge (Sitodiplosis mosellana)
Abstract:
The wheat idioplasm resistance to wheat blossom midge was evaluated (Sitodiplosis mosellana) in the simulate insect gardern.The results indicated that the resistance of 78 wheat idioplasms were significantly different.The highly resistant,middle resistant,low resistant and susceptible varieties were 11.54%,23.08%,19.23% and 46.15%.The different wheat idioplasms had plenty difference in the insect numbers,fringe rate of injury,seed rate of injury,and index of resistance.The discriminant function model and regression equation were founded.The right percentage of classification result of those models was 95.45%.There were 9 highly resistant wheat idioplasms to be used as improved idioplasms in resistant breeding.
