小麦抗白粉病种质“N9134”的抗性遗传分析

摘要:
抗性种质“N9134”含有野生二粒小麦(资源编号:AS 846)的抗白粉病基因。为了研究其白粉病抗性基因的遗传规律,用感病品种阿勃、中国春、陕160、陕优225与该种质正反交,结果F1白粉病感染0~1级,F2白粉病抗感比例为3:1;以小麦缺体系与其杂交,F1白粉病感染0~1级,F2白粉病抗感比例除“5B”偏离3:1外,其余均为3:1。表明N9134的白粉病抗性由1对完全显性基因控制,位于“5B”染色体上。

Genetic analysis of germplasm "N9134" resistance to powdery mildew in Wheat
Abstract:
The resistance gene to the powdery mildew(Erysiphe gramins f.sp.tritici)in common wheat germplasm N9134 is derived from wild emmer wheat (Triticum dicoccoides) accession "AS 846".In order to determine the inheritance of powdery mildew resistance in N9134,the genetic analysis of N9134 was done.The reciprocal xrosses F1 between N9134 and four susceptible cultivars Abbondanza,Chinese spring,Shaan 160 and Shaanyou 225 were resistant to the powdery nildew,the ratio of resistant and susceptible plants in F2 progeny fitted the expected 3 to 1.All of F1 generation between wheat nullisomic lines and N9134 were resistat. The ratio of resistant and susceptible plants in (Abbondanza 5BM×N9134)F2 progeny fitted the 3 to 1,except 5B.The results indicated that the powdery mildew resistance of N9134 at adult stage is controlled by a single dominant gene located on chromosome 5B.
