从金龟子中提取壳聚糖的研究

摘要:
以分布广泛、壳聚糖含量高的白星花金龟(Potosia (Liocola) brevitarsis Lewis)为材料,以单因素试验方法进行了获得较高粘度壳聚糖提取工艺的试验研究。提出了壳聚糖的提取工艺:①脱矿物质。用0.30 mol/L HCl预先加热(70~80 ℃)30 min,然后室温(20 ℃)条件下浸泡12~24 h。②脱蛋白质、脂类。用1.25~3.75 mol/L NaOH在90~100 ℃下处理4~6 h。③脱乙酰基。用10~11.25 mol/L NaOH在130 ℃下处理3 h。

The research of abstraction chitosan from leaf chafer
Abstract:
Using Potosia (Liocola) brevitarsis Lewis,the widely distributed species which contains rich chitin in it’s body,as sample,this study investigated the abstraction process for chitosan with higher concentration.By the experimentation of single factor method on the technique of abstraction chitosan,the research showed the appropriate conditions of reaction of the technique:① Removing mineral matter,put the sample in the solution of 0.30 mol/L HCl,heat for 30 min between 70-80 ℃,then lay aside for 12-24 h under natural temperature (20 ℃).② Removing protein and grease,processed the sample with the solution of 1.25-3.75 mol/L NaOH,90-100 ℃,keep for 4-6 h.③ Deacetylation,process the chitin with the solution of 10-11.25 mol/L NaOH,keep for 3 h under 130 ℃.
