超径无粘性粗粒土填筑标准的确定方法

摘要:
受室内测试方法及模拟理论研究的限制。超径无粘性粗粒土的最大、最小干密度应通过现场碾压试验来确定。基于黄河小浪底及陕西省黑河水利工程大坝填筑质量控制检测的实践,提出了通过现场碾压试验来确定超径无粘性粗粒土的最大、最小干密度的密度试验桶法,使试验用料的最大粒径由100 mm增大到360 mm。介绍了用4因素(ρd~dmax~p5~Dr)相关图进行质量控制的方法、超径无粘性粗粒土全料含水量计算的经验公式以及含特大粒径砾石料的无粘性粗粒土填筑质量的评价方法。

The method for determining the placement standards of oversized cohesionless coarse grained soil
Abstract:
The maximum dry density and the minimum dry density of oversized cohesionless coarse grained soil should be determined by field compaction test because of the limitation of the method of the laboratory test and the study of model theory.The density testing barrel method is proposed so that the maximum grain diameter of testing material is increased from 100mm to 360mm.The method of controlling placememt quality by the four-factor(ρd~dmax~p5~Dr)correlated diagram,the empirical formula of calculating oversized cohesionless coarse grained soil water content and the method for determining the placement of cohesionless coarse grained soil contenting very big gravel are also introduced.
