量水仪表中传感器与放大器组合控制电路设计

摘要:
对DGN-1型流量计中传感器部分进行了重新设计,传感器压阻芯片采用全桥对称形式,完成自动温度补偿,消除因热形变应力而产生的漂移电压信号,提高了传感器的灵敏度;控制电路采有高输入阻抗的同相放大器并串联高共模抑制能力的差动放大器,该测量电路具有较强的抑制共模干扰的能力。同时,给出了CYG18B传感器与集成运算放大器组合控制电路的一种设计方法,其优点是仪表从采集信号到信号放大均有较好的抗干扰性能,使整机性能在可靠性、稳定性方面有较好的改善。

The combined circuit device of transducer and amplifier in water-measuring meter
Abstract:
The paper introduces a design and usage of transducer and amplifier in water-level meter.Firstly the transducer that is connected primarily by a chip with four strain resistance has an advantage of eliminating spurious signals automatically caused by change of temperature.Then,the sensibility of transducer is raised.Secondly the control circuit has an ability to restrain disturbance greatly from outer-circumstance because it used the in-phrase amplifiers with high input impedance and combined with in-series differential amplifier.Consequentially,a high common-mode ratio is caused by the combined control circuit.At the same time,the designing method of combined and controlled circuit based on CYG13B transducer and integrated amplifier was offered.Finally the new device that our water-measuring meter has is superior in reliability and stability.
