| 以小麦赤霉病菌、玉米大斑病菌、辣椒疫霉病菌为供试菌种，对采自西北地区6科27种植物的31种丙酮提取物进行了抑菌活性初步筛选。结果表明，在供试质量浓度0.1 g/mL下，孜然（Cuminum,cyminum）、黄素馨（Jasminum giraldii）、太白冷杉（Abies fargesii）、鬼灯擎（Rodgersia aesculifolia）等19种植物提取物至少对1种病原菌菌丝的抑制率在80％以上；在孢子萌发试验中，至少对1种病原菌孢子萌发抑制效果较好的有鬼灯擎、白芷（Angelica dahurica）、狮子七（Rhodiola kirilowii）等7种植物提取物。其中，孜然、鬼灯擎、白芷对供试病原菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发均有较高的抑制作用，值得进一步研究。 |

| Screening studies on fungistasis of 27 plants |

| Abstract: |
| The fungistasis of 31 acetone extracts from 27 plants were tested with Gibberella zeae,Exserohilum turcicurn and Phytophthora capsici leaonian.Results showed that with 0.1 g/mL,13 plant samples had more than 60% inhibition rates to hypha growth of at least one species of tested fungi,such as Cuminum cyminum,Jasminum giraldii and Abies fargesii etc.Stronger effects were obtained to the spores sprouting from 7 plants,including Rodgersia aesculifolia,Angelica dahurica and Rhodiola kirilowii etc. Among them,Cuminum cyminum,Rodgersia aesculifolia and Angelica dahurica will be studied further,because of their stronger inhibition to the hypha growth and spores sprouting. |
