以小麦赤霉病菌、玉米大斑病菌、辣椒疫霉病菌为供试菌种,对采自西北地区6科27种植物的31种丙酮提取物进行了抑菌活性初步筛选。结果表明,在供试质量浓度0.1 g/mL下,孜然(Cuminum,cyminum)、黄素馨(Jasminum giraldii)、太白冷杉(Abies fargesii)、鬼灯擎(Rodgersia aesculifolia)等19种植物提取物至少对1种病原菌菌丝的抑制率在80%以上;在孢子萌发试验中,至少对1种病原菌孢子萌发抑制效果较好的有鬼灯擎、白芷(Angelica dahurica)、狮子七(Rhodiola kirilowii)等7种植物提取物。其中,孜然、鬼灯擎、白芷对供试病原菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发均有较高的抑制作用,值得进一步研究。 |

Screening studies on fungistasis of 27 plants |

Abstract: |
The fungistasis of 31 acetone extracts from 27 plants were tested with Gibberella zeae,Exserohilum turcicurn and Phytophthora capsici leaonian.Results showed that with 0.1 g/mL,13 plant samples had more than 60% inhibition rates to hypha growth of at least one species of tested fungi,such as Cuminum cyminum,Jasminum giraldii and Abies fargesii etc.Stronger effects were obtained to the spores sprouting from 7 plants,including Rodgersia aesculifolia,Angelica dahurica and Rhodiola kirilowii etc. Among them,Cuminum cyminum,Rodgersia aesculifolia and Angelica dahurica will be studied further,because of their stronger inhibition to the hypha growth and spores sprouting. |
