烟草野火病菌的快速检测

摘要:
对采自云南各大烟区的烟草野火病菌株进行了分离、鉴定,用通过筛选致病力强的烟草野火病菌株为抗原,制备了烟草野火病菌特异性的抗血清,建立了一套快速检测烟草野火病菌的方法,制备了SPA-ELISA反庆试剂盒,应用玻片凝集或协同凝集反应与SPA-ELISA反应试剂盒相结合的方法,使检测真正做到了简便、快速、灵敏、准确。

Studies on rapid detection of tobacco wildfire (Pseudomonas syringae pv.tabaci) in Yunnan
Abstract:
Strains of tobacco wildfire from Yunnan were isolated and identified.Pseudomonas sytingae pv. tabaci specific antiserum was obtained through screening the strong-virulent strains as antigen. Straphyloclcal protein A ELISE(SPA-ELISA) kits were developed successfully and this was the first time to establish the rapod detecting method of the pathogen.Detection techniques become easieer,rapoder,more sensitive and accurate,by combining SPA-ELISA with agglutination test(slide agglutination and coagglutination).
