水杨酸对茄子幼苗抗寒性的影响

摘要:
分别以2.5,5.0,7.5 mmol/L水杨酸(SA)溶液对4片真叶期茄子幼苗进行叶面喷施,研究SA对茄子幼苗抗寒性的影响。结果表明:与对照(25 ℃)和空白处理相比,3种SA浓度喷施的幼苗经5 ℃低温处理2 d后,叶片中SOD和POD活性增大,CAT活性降幅减少,MDA含量降低,脯氨酸含量升高。认为SA处理可增强茄子幼苗的耐寒性,且以7.5 mmol/L的效果最明显。

Effects of salicylic acid on chill-resistance activity of eggplant seedlings
Abstract:
Eggplant seedlings at 4-true leaf stage were sprayed with 2.5,5.0 and 7.5 mmol/L of salicylic acid (SA)solution to study the effects of SA on chill-resistance activity of eggplant seedlings.Compared with those of the temperature control and the SA control,the results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) was raised,the decreasing range of catalase (CAT) activity was greatly reduced,the malondialdehyde (MDA) content was decreased,but the proline (Pro) content was raised,in the leaves of eggplant seedlings after having been treated at 5 ℃ for 2d.Chill-resistance of eggplant seedlings treated with 7.5 mmol/L of SA gave the best result.It is argued,based on these changes,that SA treatment may increase the chill-resistance of eggplant seedlings.
