印度南瓜与中国南瓜种间有性杂交的研究

摘要:
以印度南瓜3个栽培品种为母本,分别与4个中国南瓜品种杂交,观察其间的亲和性、远缘杂交后代F1、F2及亲本的早熟性,果实的植物学性状,对病毒病、白粉病的抗性和某些营养成分的变化情况,以了解用中国南瓜改良西洋南瓜的可行性。结果表明,印度南瓜P1与中国南瓜P2,P3之间不存在杂交不亲和性,印度南瓜P1与中国南瓜P4,P5之间、印度南瓜P6,P7与中国南瓜P2,P3,P4,P5之间存在杂交不亲和性。杂交后代的早熟性、营养品质表现受母本影响较大,杂交后代的抗病性受父本影响较大。用中国南瓜改良西洋南瓜成败的关键在于双亲间的杂交亲和性及其亲本所具有性状的优良程度。

Study of sexual hybridization between Cucurbita maxima Duche. And Cucurbita moschata Duche
Abstract:
The 3 self-line (P1,P6,P7) of Cucurbita maxima Duche.and 4 self-line (P2,P3,P4,P5) of Cucurbitaa moschata Duche.were used to study the crossing affinity.F1,F2 of (P112-97-55×P212-97-56) and F1 of (P112-97-55×P398-1-7-4) and 3 self-line (P1,P2,P3) were used to observe the characters of prematurity,virus and powdery mildew-resistance,good-quality,fruit type,fruit tumor,pulp thickness,and so on the results showed that there is incompatibility between P6,P7 and P2,P3,P4,P5.There is incompatibility between P1 and P4,P5.There isn't incompatibiliy between P1 and P2,P3.The characters of prematurity and good-quality in F1 and F2 generations are related to their mather and the disease resistance in F2 generation is related to their father.
