温度对小麦上玉米蚜群增长的影响

摘要:
研究了温度对玉米蚜种群存活率,生殖率及内禀增长率的影响,同时测定了不同温度条件下玉米蚜的种群净增殖率,周限长率,种群倍增时间及稳定年龄组等种群参数,结果表明,在10,35 ℃条件玉米下,玉米蚜若蚜的死亡率较高,特别是4龄若蚜;随着温度的升高,成蚜的存活率降低,产仔期变短,内禀增长率和周限增长率逐渐增大,世代平均发育历期和种期倍增时间逐渐缩短;15~25 ℃时的产仔量显著高于10和35 ℃,25 ℃最适宜玉米,发育和和繁殖,其种群增长最快。

Effect of temperature on the population increase of corn leaf aphid (Rhopalosiphum maidis) on wheat
Abstract:
In this paper,the effect of temperature on the survival rate,fecundity rate and intrinsic increasing rate of corn leaf aphid (R.maidis Fitch) was studied.At the same time,the parameters of net reproduction rate (R0),finite increase rate (λ),doubling increase time (t) and the stable age distribution of the population were calculated.The result showed that the mortality rate of immature aphid,especially the 4th instar was higher at 10 and 35 ℃,with temperature increasing,the survival rate of mature aphid would decrease,fecundity period would shorten,intrinsic rate of increase and finite increase rate would be improved,net reproduction rate and doubling increase period would also shorten.At 15-25 ℃,the progeny was higher than that at 10 and 30 ℃.The optimum temperature of the growth,development and fecundity of the aphid was at 25 ℃.So the population increase of the aphid was the faster at this condition.
