硫磺硫酸铜膏剂防治果树腐烂病研究

摘要:
通过3年田间试验筛选出质量分数1.4%硫磺硫酸铜膏剂中硫磺硫酸铜最佳质量百分比为1:0.4。经室内毒力测定,抑制苹果树腐烂病菌Ec 50 为122.0956 μg/g,共毒系数为205.409 5,增效倍数1.051。连续两年田间重复药效试验表明,对苹果树腐烂病的防治效果为86.52%~100%,年促进病疤单侧愈伤新组织宽度6.5~18.8 mm.

Study on preventing Vals mali with ointement of 1.4% sulphur and cupric sulphate
Abstract:
The optimal ratio of sulphur and cupric shlphate in ointemt of 1.4% sulphur cupric shlphate paste agents is 1∶0.4 through three years test in the fields.The determination of the poison power indoor indicates:to control the Valsa mali Ec 50 122.095 6 μg/g,the coefficient power to kill bacteria is 205.409 5,the increment multiple is 1.051.The experiment of inhibition effect in two succersive years showed the inhibition rate is 86.52%-100%,and the width of the single recovered tissue is 6.5-18.8 mm in a year.
