绒山羊血液蛋白质标记与绒性状的关系

摘要:
应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对青海省西州3个绒山羊群体5个血液蛋白质座位的多型性进行了检测,并分析了血液蛋白质标记座位与绒性状之间的关系。结果表明:①TfBB基因型在绒细度上具有明显优势,而TfBB和LAPAP基因型在产量上具有优势;②PA-3座位对绒细度的选择影响最大,LAP座位对绒产量的选择影响最大,其影响主要来自加性方差。

Relationship analysis between blood protein loci and cashmere traits of the cashmere goats
Abstract:
Relationship between blood protein loci and cashmere traits of three goat populations in Haixi state of Qinghai Province were analyzed by the mean of PAGE.The results showed that:① TfBB genotype was obvious superior in cashmere fineness,TfBB and LAPBB were superior in cashmere yield.② The selective effect of PA-3 loci in cashmere fineness was the highest,and LAP loci greatly affected cashmere yield.Their primary effects were from additional variance.
