在一定生理学年龄下测定并比较了白羽略阳鸡(WL)与现代肉鸡Arbor Acres(AA)的产肉性能和体脂沉积能力。结果表明,达1.8 kg体重时,WL的胸肉量较低,腿肉量较高,腹脂量较低(P<0.05或P<0.01); 上市屠宰日龄平均为132 d,约是AA(43 d)的3倍多;WL腹脂垫中脂肪细胞数量较多,但体积显著较小;杂交在显著提高肉鸡早期生长速度的同时,也使肉鸡肥度明显提高;高蛋白日粮能显著地降低腹脂量及肌肉中脂质含量,并存在明显的遗传与日粮互作效应。 |

A comparison of carcass fat variables when lueyang fowl and broilers achieved a common physiological body weight |

Abstract: |
The characteristics of carcass and the cellularity of the adipose tissue were analyzed and compared when White-feather lueyang (WL),Arber Acres (AA) broilers,and their F1 achieved a common physiological age.The results demonstrated that,compared with AA and F1 broilers at a body weight of 1 800 g,WL broilers were lower in breast meat yield,and higher in leg meat yield,and lower in abdominal fat weight (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the slaughtering age of WL was 132 d,which is 3 times more than that of AA (43 d).The number of adipose cells of WL in the abdominal fat pad was significantly larger,but the size of adipose cells was smaller (P<0.01).F1 has a greater postive heterosis in growth rate and abdominal fat composition.High protein diet can significantly reduce abdominal fat weight and fat percentage of the muscule of birds,and there is a greater interaction between genes and diet. |
