新疆北疆棉蚜抗药性测定及发展动态分析

摘要:
测定了溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氧化乐果、马拉硫磷、甲基对硫磷、久效磷、灭多威、吡虫啉、烟碱等9种杀虫剂对北疆棉蚜的毒力,并与1988年的测定结果比较表明,北疆棉蚜对各类药剂的抗性均有不同程度的上升。对有机磷类杀虫剂抗性发展较为缓慢,抗性倍数为0.3~6.8,处于敏感和低抗水平;对溴氰菊酯处于高抗水平,抗性倍数达118.2;对氯氰菊酯处于低抗水平;对灭多威的抗性发展较快,抗性倍数上升至15.9。在供试药剂中吡虫啉的毒力最高(LD50=0.27 ng·头-1)。

Detection on the resistance of Aphis gossypii to insecticides in North Xinjiang
Abstract:
The resistance of Aphis gossypii to several insecticides was determined in1 999.The results compared with thatof1 988show thatthe resistance to all kinds ofinsecticides is increasing.The resistance to Ops is still in a susceptible or lower level,the increasing speed is slow;to deltamethrin the resistance level is very high,but it is yet in the low level to cypermethrin;the resistant index to methoryl reaches to 1 5.9and is in moderate level.Some methods used to manage the resistance of Aphis gossypii are discussed in this paper as well.
