苦皮藤素V引起粘虫失水的作用机理初探

摘要:
对苦皮藤素Ⅴ引起粘虫失水的作用机理进行了初步研究。结果表明中毒试虫经消化道流失的液体与对照试虫血淋巴中蛋白质含量无显著差异,但比对照试虫肠液中蛋白质含量高47.97%。认为,试虫经消化道丧失的液体主要为昆虫的血淋巴;试虫经苦皮藤素Ⅴ处理后,抽搐期中肠Na+/K+-ATP酶活性与对照无显著差异,而失水期酶活性升高了10.07%,并且苦皮藤素Ⅴ引起中毒试虫中肠环腺苷酸(cAMP)的含量显著升高。

Study on the functioning mechanism of celangulin
Abstract:
The primary study on the functioning mechanism of Celangulin Ⅴ causing the loss of the body fluid has been conducted by the biochemical methods and isotopic technique.The results shows that,after the sixth-instar larvae of Mythimna separata following oral administration with Celangulin,on the period of losing the body fluid,compared with untreated larvae,the protein level of the regurgitation juice in the treated larvae (i.e.the lostfluid) increased by 47.97%;no remarkable difference of the protein level was observed not only between the haemolymph of the treated larvae and the untreated larvae,but also between the lost fluid of the treated larvae and the haemolymph of the untreated larvae.Itcan be assumed that the lost fluid is the haemolymph of the larvae.On the period of convulsion,the activity of Na+/K+-ATPase has no significantdifference between the treated larvae and the untreated larvae,buton the period of losing body fluid,the activity of the enzyme in the treated larvae is slightly increased (10.07%) compared with untreated larvae.The content of cAMP in midgut cell of the treated larvae is raised compared with untreated larvae.
