| 提取、分离了雷公藤（Tripterygium wilfordii Hook）根皮中总生物碱，并对其杀虫活性和作用方式进行了系统的生物测定。结果表明，雷公藤总生物碱对5龄菜青虫有很强的麻醉、拒食和毒杀作用；拒食中浓度AFC50为275.53 mg/L，毒杀中浓度LC50为77.86 mg/L，麻醉中量ND50为2.29 μg/g；雷公藤总生物碱无触杀和熏蒸作用。试虫中毒症状主要为幼虫表皮出现黑斑，形成黑斑部分不能脱去旧表皮，最终死亡。 |

| Isolation and bioactivities of the alkaloids from Tripterygium wilfordii against Pieris rapae L. |

| Abstract: |
| Alkaloids were extracted from the root bark of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook and identified.The results showed that the alkaloids has obviously insecticidal activities to imporbed cabbage worm (Pieris rapae).LC50 values of poisoning to the 5th instars of Pieris rapae is 77.86 mg/L.The values of medium antifeedant concentration(AFC50) of the alkaloiods against 5th larvae of pieris rapae is 275.56 mg/L.Median narcosis dosage(ND50) is 2.29 μg/g.The alkaloids have neither fumigant nor contact poisoning to the insect.The main poisoning symptoms are that the activity of the tested insect was decreasing and the epiderm of the larvae urns black,the larvae are dead at the last. |
