56种植物抑菌活性筛选试验

摘要:
以小麦赤霉病菌、番茄灰霉病菌和苹果炭疽病菌为供试菌种,对56种植物的60种丙酮提取物进行了抑菌活性筛选。结果表明,芦苇、龙葵等35种提取物对至少1种病菌的菌丝生长抑制率大于60%,芦苇、胡颓子等26种提取物对苹果炭疽病菌孢子的萌发有60%以上的抑制作用;其中莴苣、苍耳、苦参、苦豆子等8种植物对供试病菌菌丝生长和苹果炭疽病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用较强,抑制效果均在80%以上,值得进一步研究开发。

Screening studies on fungistasis of 56 plant extracts
Abstract:
The fungistasis of56plant acetone extracts were tested with Gibberella zeae,Glomerella cingulata and Botrytis cirerea under separete cultivating conditions.Results showed that35plant extracts had more than 60% inhibiting rates to the hypha growth of at least one species of tested fungi,such as Phragrnites communes,Solanum nigrum etc.26 plant extracts,including Phragrnites communis,Elaeagnus angustrifolis etc,had more than 60% inhibiting rates to the spore sprouting of Glomerella cingulata,and among them,the rates of 8 plantextracts were more than 80%,such as Lactuca sativa,Xanthium sibiricum,Sophora flavescensait,Sophora alopecaroides,Phragrnitescommunis etc.
