用RAPD再探核果类果树间亲缘关系

摘要:
应用随机扩增多态性DNA(Random amplified polymorphic DNA, RAPD)技术,对核果类果树(桃、杏、李、樱桃等)间的亲缘关系进行了研究。结果表明,杏与李间有着较大的遗传差异,具有不同的发育过程,中国樱桃和桃是由李分化形成的,杏与甜樱桃间有一定亲缘关系。

The Relationship of Drupe Fruit Trees Redetected by RAPD
Abstract:
Random amplified polymorphic DNAs were used to research on the relationship of drupe fruit trees (peach,apricot,plum and cherry etc.).The results of UPGMA cluster proved that there existed a larger inheritance distance between apricot and plum which implied that they had different developmental experience.Chinese cherry and peach were generated by plum,and apricot and sweet cherry might have a close relationship.
