| Abstract: |
| This paper deals with the principle and application of three physical
methods——differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), electron spin resonance (ESR) and
fluorescence probes (FP) for the analysis of the fluidity of membrane lipids.The characteristics of the three methods are compared.And the phase transition temperature of DPPC is determ ined with the methods above. |
