| 对我国肖山鸡、白耳鸡、狼山鸡、乌骨鸡、油鸡、白耳鸡(♂)×肖山鸡(♀)、肖山鸡(♂)×白耳鸡(♀)等7个地方鸡种(含2个杂种) 12周龄血浆碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、肌酸激酶(CPK)的活性进行了比较研究。结果表明:狼山鸡、肖山鸡血浆AKP活性显著高于白耳鸡和乌骨鸡(P<0. 05);公鸡血浆AKP活性显著高于母鸡(P<0. 05);血浆AKP活性与12周龄体重呈极显著相关(P<0. 01);白耳鸡、乌骨鸡血浆GPT活性显著高于狼山鸡(P<0. 05);公鸡血浆GPT活性有高于母鸡的趋势,但检验结果不显著(P>0. 05)。血浆GPT活性与12周龄体重相关分析表明,油鸡达显著水平(P<0. 05);乌骨鸡、肖山鸡、白耳鸡(♂)×肖山鸡(♀)血浆CPK活性显著高于其他地方鸡种(P<0. 05),狼山鸡显著高于肖山鸡(♂)×白耳鸡(♀)(P<0. 05);母鸡血浆CPK活性有高于公鸡的趋势,但差异不显著(P<0. 05);血浆CPK活性与12周龄体重的相关呈负相关趋势,但不显著(P<0. 05)。 |

| By comparison on activity of plasma AKP,GPT,CPK in Chinese native
chickens, the results shows: 1. Activity of plasma AKP in Langshan chicken and Xiaoshan chickens are significantly higher than that of White earlobes chickens and Silkies
(P<0. 05);Activity of plasma AKP in male is significantly higher than that of female;
There is a singificant positive correlation coefficient between acvititly of plasma AKP
and Body wt. at 12 weeks of age (P<0. 01); 2.Activity of plasma GPT in White earlobes chickens and Silkies are significantly higher than that of other chickens.Activity of
plasma GPT in male is lightly higher than that of female:There is significant correlation
