利用ELISA技术、成株期病级和产量组成,评估了9个小麦品种——BW 155,Taber,Butte,Columbus,Oslo,Ketepwa,G randin,Minto和Laura对小麦条点花叶病毒(WS-MV)的抗病性。结果表明,BW 155、Taber的抗病性最好, Laura为高感品种;在抗WSMV鉴定中,以病级、产量损失率或ELISA测定值为指标具有一致性,三者高度相关,但以ELISA测定方便快速;对一些耐病品种的鉴定,需结合产量组成分析。 |

Abstract: |
The WSMV-resistances of 9 wheat varieties——BW 155, Taber, Butte,
Columbus, Oslo, Ketepwa, Grandin, Minto and Laura, were evaluated with ELISA
technique, disease rating and yield components. The results showed BW 155 and Taber
were the best resistant varieties and Laura the most susceptible; Disease rating, yield reduction and virus titre of ELISA were constant in WSMV-resistance determination of
wheat varieties with the ELISA technique as the most convinent and rapidest. Also, the
yield components should be taken into consideration in the determination of tolerant varieties. |
